A BIG CHANCE UNDER THE BIG TOP: Three Deaf, Mute Men Find Work, Opportunity As Circus Roadies:  "Talk about raising the roof. For approximately one hour Monday morning in the vacant field immediately east of West Valley Mall, a dozen workers took turns cranking a set of giant winches that tightened half-inch cables and lifted four 60-foot metal supports upright. They formed the foundational brackets for a massive tent that will serve as the big top for Circus Chimera this week...."
